ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
If you are or wish to become a club member and use our services or products, you must do so in accordance with clear and transparent agreements. By registering, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the rules and regulations of Zweet.club and that you will act in accordance with them.
- Host/Hostess: the employee running the Club.
- Member(s): A natural person of at least 18 years of age. Zweet.club may require you to prove by showing your identity that you are the owner of the membership card or that you are at least 18 years old.
- Member card: your member card in the form of a QR code (available via the mobile app) or an RFID card is required to access any of our clubs.
- Option(s): services, products or equipment that can be purchased from Zweet.club for an additional amount on top of the basic membership.
ARTICLE 2: MEMBERSHIP

- On the website.
- Via the online registration form.
- In the Club, by completing the registration form on site.
b. If you subscribe via the website, you have the right to cancel your membership without giving reasons within 14 days from the day of your subscription. This right of withdrawal does not apply to a subscription made at the Club. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal and have not used the subscription during this 14-day period, the withdrawal will be free of charge. If the membership has been used within this 14-day period, Zweet.club may reserve the right to withhold part of the paid membership fee pro rata (i.e. from the activation of the membership to the day of cancellation, including any subscription fee).
ARTICLE 3: INSCRIPTION, DURATION
a. We offer different types of subscriptions or formulas, all details of which you can find on our website or in the Club.
b. When you subscribe, you indicate which type of subscription or package you want to take. You can subscribe to any type of membership, each of which has a certain minimum duration. The minimum duration is listed on the Club's website.
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENTS
a. Payment shall be made prior to the period of use. Payment may be made by direct debit (SEPA), credit card, or other agreed method of payment.
b. If a payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to block access to our facilities until the amount due is paid.
c. If a direct debit is reversed, the additional costs will be charged to the next payment.
d. If the payment, for whatever reason, cannot be collected (e.g. due to cancellation, insufficient balance, etc.), the direct debit request will be resent to your bank. As long as you do not fulfil your payment obligation, access to the Club will be blocked.
e. When you become a member of Zweet.club, you are required to pay a one-off registration fee.
ARTICLE 5: MEMBER CARD
a. The membership card is the property of Zweet.club and may only be used by you for the duration of the contract.
b. The membership card may not be passed on to a third person. This may result in unilateral termination of membership without compensation from the club.
ARTICLE 6: CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
a. Once the minimum duration of the contract has been met, you may terminate your membership by sending a written notice of termination with one month's notice.
b. In case of termination during a fixed contract period, cancellation fees may be charged as specified in the contract.
c. Zweet.club reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance with house rules or payment terms.
ARTICLE 7: HOUSE RULES
a. Members must abide by the house rules as communicated via our website, in the Club, or via emails.
b. Damage to equipment due to careless use may be recovered from the perpetrator.
c. Zweet.club is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
ARTICLE 8: DISPUTES
a. Disputes arising from this agreement shall initially be settled amicably. Should this not be possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
b. This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
